This website is run by Nexus DMM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07563661), 4 Reading Road, Pangbourne, Reading, RG8 7LY. What we collect
When you use our contact form, email or phone us, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- anything you tell us about your project or enquiry
We don’t ask for any sensitive personal data. Please don’t include any in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey or quote, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. If you become a customer, we also process your data to perform our contract with you.
We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery service, and the website is run by a hosting provider. Both act as our data processors and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for no longer than we need to. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are normally deleted within two years. Customer records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so we don’t ask for cookie consent.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
